Following the design of a font for the Veqilharxhi Alphabet, I also developed a keyboard layout for Mac OSX, using Ukulele v3.2, a free Unicode editor.
The layout bundle (including a QWERTZ layout I design with extra Unicode characters) is located here and is governed by the CC BY 4.0 license. NB: Due to WordPress file upload restrictions, I’ve changed the archive extension to PDF. Once you download it, please change the extension to ZIP, and then extract the archive to view the keyboard layout bundle file, which you can open and edit with Ukulele, or which you can install directly into your system.
The following is a brief description of the keyboard layout:
Lower-case view – contains the 26 Vithkuqi letters that correspond to the Latin letters printed on Western keyboards:

Lower-case view with the Option key pressed to access the additional ten Albanian letters: ‘rr’, ‘th’, ‘sh’, ‘dh’, ‘gj’, ‘ll’, ‘zh’, ‘xh’, ‘ç’, and ‘nj’:

Upper-case view (with CAPS or Shift pressed):

Upper-case view with the Option key pressed to access the additional ten Albanian letters: ‘Rr’, ‘Th’, ‘Sh’, ‘Dh’, ‘Gj’, ‘Ll’, ‘Zh’, ‘Xh’, ‘Ç’, and ‘Nj’:

The best way to test the new keyboard layout is to use LibreOffice. You can freely export any writing in the Veqilharxhi alphabet to the PDF, which embeds the fonts for proper rendering.
